Not only is this so pretty and colourful, but it is sooo yummy! I love to have this breakfast or snack on the weekends, it’s such a treat. It’s super easy, comes together under 5 minutes, low-cal and it is insanely delicious. Not only are pomegranates full of antioxidants, but they give the avocado toast a burst of sweetness in every bite! If you love avocado toast, you have to try this!
Avocado Toast with Pomegranate
- 2 Slices Gluten Free Bread
- 1 small avocado
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (plus more for snacking 🙂 )
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Toast bread. Cut avocado into chunks and place on toast. Top with pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle with hemp seeds. Drizzle honey on top.
