I’ve been having this smoothie almost religiously for the passed few years now. It’s my go to breakfast that I make real quick while I’m about to step out of the house and make my way to work.¬†Quite often, I’ll be seen making my way around the office with this in hand! It’s super healthy and helps banish belly bloat.

Flat Belly Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp ground chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup water

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
