I’ve been having this smoothie almost religiously for the passed few years now. It’s my go to breakfast that I make real quick while I’m about to step out of the house and make my way to work. Quite often, I’ll be seen making my way around the office with this in hand! It’s super healthy and helps banish belly bloat.

Flat Belly Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp ground chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup water

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

 

 

AVOCADO + POMEGRANATE TOAST

Not only is this so pretty and colourful, but it is sooo yummy! I love to have this breakfast or snack on the weekends, it’s such a treat. It’s super easy, comes together under 5 minutes, low-cal and it is insanely delicious. Not only are pomegranates full of antioxidants, but they give the avocado toast a burst of sweetness in every bite! If you love avocado toast, you have to try this!

Avocado Toast with Pomegranate

  • 2 Slices Gluten Free Bread
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (plus more for snacking 🙂 )
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Toast bread. Cut avocado into chunks and place on toast. Top with pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle with hemp seeds. Drizzle honey on top.
